Management of NDICI funds in practice - Sharing lessons learned

Interreg NEXT Outermost regions

This workshop brings together Interreg external cooperation programmes to exchange practices and lessons learned in managing NDICI funds. In the 2021–2027 period, two OMR programmes – Madeira-Azores-Canarias and Indian Ocean – are launching their first NDICI-supported calls, marking a significant milestone. As they prepare for implementation, valuable insights from programmes that have already worked with NDICI (or previous versions of external cooperation funds) will be shared. The workshop, supported by Interact, TESIM, and the European Commission, will also offer practical guidance on regulatory frameworks and management approaches.

The event is designed for open dialogue and practical exchange, with the goal of supporting concerned programmes to develop an adapted model for NDICI implementation under indirect management. It will be hosted by the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin programme.
