Interact Academy
The Interact Academy offers various training opportunities, to quickly equip those working in Interreg with enhanced skills and knowledge – enabling them to be more confident and efficient in their roles.
You can see the currently available trainings , which come in the following formats:
- Certified Trainings are delivered in cohorts of around 25 people. You learn together, building your own network of like-minded professionals at a similar stage of your career. Each training focuses on a specific Interreg-related topic or challenge and uses adult-learning methods to prepare programme staff to face challenges in theirprogrammes. These trainings involved shared learning moments, and while some trainings do take place entirely online, others include an in-person element. You receive your certificate upon successful completion of the training.
- Certified Courses ive you full flexibility. They are always available, so you can start whenever it suits you and learn at your own pace within 12 months of registration. Each course provides in-depth learning on specific Interreg topics using practical, adult-learning methods. There is no group work — you learn independently and focus on what matters most to you. You receive your certificate upon successful completion of the course.
- Short Courses are self-paced, like the certified courses, but they do not include a knowledge check, so no certificate is issued. You can take these courses anytime, at your own pace.
