Cooperation can be complex;
our job is to make it easier.

Interact Academy

The Interact Academy offers various training opportunities, to quickly equip those working in Interreg with enhanced skills and knowledge – enabling them to be more confident and efficient in their roles.

You can see the currently available trainings , which come in the following formats:

The Academy offers certified trainings for cohorts of around 25 people. These participants learn together, helping participants start to build their own network of like-minded professionals at a similar stage of their careers. These trainings targeted a specific Interreg-related topic or challenge. The training uses adult-learning techniques to ensure the programme managers are well equipped when they face these challenges in their own programmes. These trainings involved shared learning moments, and while some trainings do take place entirely online, others include an in-person element.

Our certified courses offer the most flexibility in timing. Without the cohort based approach, the trainings can be taken on-demand. They still offer in-depth learning on specific Interreg-related topics, with adult-learning techniques, but they do not involve group learning. Registration is possible at any time, but each course must be completed within 12 months of registration in order to be awarded a certificate upon successful completion.

The Interact Academy offers a range of short courses, which are also self-paced like the certified courses. They do not include a knowledge verification element, and therefore no certificate is issued on completion. These courses can be taken at any time, at one's own pace.
