Soft skills in practice: How people work, communicate, and collaborate in Interreg
Outline:
Successful cooperation relies on knowledge and people. Interreg professionals are skilled managers and, while hard skills matter, soft skills like clear communication are even more important. This event focuses on strengthening communication skills as a key soft skill for effective cooperation in Interreg. Through practical exercises and peer exchange, participants will explore how communication influences trust, collaboration and problem-solving in their daily work. The event offers a safe space to reflect on personal communication habits, learn and practice.
Target group:
The event is aimed at Interreg programme and project managers, including those with content and finance roles. Participation in this pilot event is limited to 30 participants. We will accept up to two participants per programme.
