Smart Support - Stronger Projects
Outline
Interreg staff work in a world full of information, constant changes and deadlines and diverse audiences. How can we design trainings and guidance that are clear, helpful and easy to absorb – especially in light of the newest trends in adult learning and brain science?
This online workshop invites Interreg programmes to exchange experience, ideas and insights how we support projects along their journey – from idea generation, partner search to implementation and impact. We aim to take a systemic look at how different elements of support – guidance, training, networking, and communication – connect and complement one another in programmes.
What to expect:
Together, we will examine how Interreg programmes structure their support systems, what is the thinking behind when designing the support system. We will aim to address how online and in-person activities can enrich each other, what common challenges are faced in designing and delivering support, and how new trends in adult learning, community building, and facilitation can inspire future approaches.
Why join:
By bringing together diverse programme experiences, the event will offer a space to take stock, to exchange on new ideas, share lessons learnt and space for further exchanges.
Format:
Interactive online sessions combining inputs from programmes, and group reflections.
Target group:
People who are passionate about the effective, impactful support either having this as the main responsibility or contributing or just passionately willing to explore what others do and get some new inspiration.
