HIT Group: Budget and co-financing - P-BA lower level (1st meeting)
Despite the current lack of legal certainty, particularly regarding eligibility rules, we cannot afford to lose time if we want to avoid delays in the preparation process. We will therefore start the HIT budget and co-financing work on a P-BA approach for projects (P-BA at lower level) at this stage.
If your programme is considering implementing project budgets on the basis of achievements (P-BA), please join us for the first HIT meeting on that topic.
To facilitate an efficient and solution-oriented discussion, we published Interact's initial proposal for an application form template, together with explanatory information, in the dedicated Teams channel: Budget and co-financing.
If you are not yet part of the MS Teams channel, please join the HIT 2028-2034 MS Team through our interact portal by searching for “HIT 2028-2034”: https://portal.interact.eu/discover-communities/
A questionnaire and the opportunity to provide comments will be provided with the registration confirmation and filling is a requirement for participating in the meeting.
To be clear for everyone: The current exercise is to develop a HIT application form template for when P-BA is used at the lower level. Another exercise will take place for what the implications for the HIT templates is when P-BA is used at the upper level and real costs/SCOs used at the lower level. This will be a separate exercise and follow once the regulatory frame is clearer.
