Registration is open for three certified trainings at the Interact Academy, each running for less than a month. The first registration deadline is 12 October.
Plain Language for Interreg - An Introduction
For Interreg staff who want to write in a plainer, more reader-friendly style. Participants practise the guidelines and receive feedback from the trainer on their individual task.
- Registration deadline: 12 October 2026
- 19 October to 13 November 2026
- 10 hours, beginner level
Interreg Project Assessment, Monitoring and Verification
For staff of managing authorities and joint secretariats who are new to these processes. The training focuses on the daily work of a project or finance officer in an Interreg programme.
- Registration deadline: 27 October 2026
- 2 to 26 November 2026, with in-person training in Thessaloniki, Greece, on 24-25 November
- 18 hours, beginner level
Interreg Evaluation: Practitioners
For programme officers who are actively involved in evaluation or have experience in it. The training covers the choice between operational and impact evaluation, with practical guidance on terms of reference and on using evaluation findings. It ends with an online event where participants present an assignment. Less experienced colleagues can start with the Interreg evaluation foundations training.
- Registration deadline: 4 November 2026
- 5 November to 3 December 2026, with in-person training in Berlin, Germany, on 2-3 December
- 20 hours, intermediate level
