Grab your coffee and join an inspiring conversation with Dr. Gilbert Silvius, an internationally recognised researcher and speaker in sustainable project management. Discover how sustainability in project management has evolved over the past decades, why it matters more than ever today, and how its principles can be applied in real projects. The session will also highlight key insights from Guide on Sustainable Project Management published in 2025 by International Project Management Association.

Target group
This session targets the staff of Joint Secretariats, National Authorities and Managing Authorities of all Interreg Programmes, not limiting to the Greener Europe Thematic Community. The only requirement for participation is an interest and a hint of passion to work for a more sustainable Interreg.
