P-BA How to…? Set up pay-out values for milestones and targets

Post 2027 (Interreg VII) Performance-based approaches

Intro

We would like to continue the series of P-BA events dedicated to better understanding of new delivery model on future Interreg finance management.

This time we would zoom in on financial values of milestones and interim targets.

How to put the price tags on these? What are the key decisive factors? What are the key challenges and potential solutions? We plan to start searching together answers for those relevant questions.

Similarly to the previous webinar dedicated to costing, we will explore current practices for setting up lump sums and FNLCs.

Following this webinar, we plan to continue the work during several InterFIN 26 sessions, followed by in-person workshops dedicated to costing and pay-out values.

Our ultimate objective is to design a solution(s) bespoke for Interreg measure(s) needs.

In this webinar

·       We will recap the main messages coming from the regulations on the costing exercise.

·       We will reflect on which current practices can be used for setting up pay-out values for milestones and measures

·       Initiate a discussion on possible approaches.

Who is it for?

This webinar is open to colleagues working for Joint Secretariats and/or Managing Authorities who are involved in work on finance planning of post2027 Interreg chapters.
