Navigating Project Closure

General

Project closure is an important point for programmes to take stock of what projects have achieved, what is expected to continue beyond the funding period, and what can be learned for future programme implementation. At the same time, programmes need to manage the administrative aspects of closure in a proportionate and efficient way. 

As increasing numbers of Interreg projects approach closure, programmes are facing a range of practical and strategic questions.  

This event will provide an opportunity for programmes to exchange experiences, discuss common challenges and explore practical approaches to project closure and durability. 

The event is primarily intended for MA/JS staff involved in project closure and related support processes, but also is of interest to colleagues working with monitoring, programme learning and approaches to facilitate the durability of project results.
