Jems User group 8

Jems

Interact invites all programmes that have signed the Joint electronic monitoring system (Jems) licence agreement to the Jems User Group meeting.

The meeting is reserved for programmes that already use Jems or are taking the first steps to install it. We encourage the participation of colleagues who work directly with Jems and are familiar with the business logic of the system.

To ensure fair representation, each programme may register up to two participants. Service providers working for a programme are also welcome.

This meeting will be organised back to back with the meeting of the IT Tools and Monitoring Systems Network. On the morning of the second day, we will hold a joint session with monitoring system representatives from across Interreg to discuss the next programming period.

Objectives

The meeting aims to:

  • Update participants on the state of play of Jems maintenance and project activities
  • Provide a platform to exchange on topics of interest to users
  • Gather feedback on the practical use of the system
  • Present the plans for Jems in the next programming period
  • Discuss, together with the wider Interreg community, ideas for monitoring systems in the 2028–2034 programming period
