Interreg Conference_Transfer and Impact on the Territory.
The event aims to strengthen the Interreg ecosystem by showcasing the concrete impact of cooperation projects, sharing experiences and challenges, and fostering meaningful connections between institutions, project partners and thematic actors. The overall purpose is to promote transfer, uptake, and capitalisation of Interreg results, ensuring they contribute to territorial strategies and support more coherent cooperation efforts.
The programme begins with an introduction to the current Interreg landscape and a presentation of regional participation in the different programmes.
A key element of the agenda is a round-table discussion bringing forward examples from various fields. This session explores how Interreg projects have generated tangible benefits, the obstacles encountered along the way, and the different approaches partners have taken to increase the impact and visibility of their initiatives.
This is followed by a discussion workshop aimed at identifying general needs of project partners, reflecting on how public authorities can accompany and support cooperation efforts, and exploring the thematic areas that may offer opportunities to reinforce synergies and integration. The workshop also considers ways to strengthen the Interreg community, both in terms of collaboration and long-term engagement.
The event concludes with a synthesis of the main insights and recommendations that emerge from the exchanges.
