InterFIN 2026
InterFIN 2026 is coming... Are you ready?
Join Interreg colleagues for two days of collaboration, learning and forward-thinking discussions on a variety of finance-related topics – all in one place. With a strong focus on performance and key finance topics for 2021–2027, the event will also bring you the latest updates on proposals for the 2028–2034 Interreg chapters from a programme financial management perspective.
Day one features thematic sessions covering key financial challenges of Interreg programme implementation in 2021–2027, including cash flows, decommitment risks, verifications, audits, irregularities, as well as SCOs. It will also look ahead to the post-2027 period, with discussions on future financial planning, estimation methods for the total costs of measures, their milestones/targets and pay-out values, as well as approaches to horizontal rules such as double financing, public procurement and State aid.
On the second day, we look forward to a special training session on anti-fraud policy. A top expert in the field will bring fresh insights and deliver the session in an engaging and interactive format.
On the first day, we also invite you to a networking dinner, offering space for informal discussions, the exchange of experiences and sharing what matters most.
The target group of the event consists of experienced finance managers/officers working for MAs/JSs in Interreg programmes.
