HIT stocktaking and looking to Post27

Harmonisation and simplification

For several programme periods, HIT has supported the harmonisation of Interreg project-specific templates. As the current programme period progresses and with the draft regulation nearly fully published for the Post27 period, it is time to reflect on the HIT process, assess its added value, and identify areas for improvement.

This event will provide space for structured reflection on the experience of the HIT core group, as well as insights from programmes beyond the core group that have applied HIT in practice. In addition, the event will introduce and discuss a proposed approach for the Post-2027 HIT process.

Objectives

This event aims to:

  • Reflect on the HIT process in the current programme period
  • Capitalise on what worked well and what didn’t work well.
  • Propose a new approach for the next period and hear programmes opinion.

Target group

We want to encourage the participation of the HIT core group members but also extend this invitation to colleagues from Interreg Managing Authorities and Joint secretariats who applied HIT in their programme practices.
