HIT Capitalisation and Synergies kick-off
This first HIT group meeting on capitalisation and synergies will open a joint discussion with programmes on how both topics are currently considered in the HIT Application Form and assessment criteria. Taking stock of programme experiences, expectations and needs, the discussion will look at how capitalisation and synergies are reflected, how they are understood by applicants and assessors, and where the current HIT templates could better encourage a practical and consistent approach.
- Share an initial overview of how capitalisation and synergies are currently addressed in the HIT Application Form and assessment criteria.
- Discuss programme feedback collected through the survey, looking at capitalisation and synergies both together and separately where relevant.
- Identify the main points where the templates could better support applicants and programmes in applying these concepts in practice.
- Start defining possible directions for integrating the survey inputs into the future revision of the HIT templates.
This meeting is aimed at programme practitioners from Interreg Managing Authorities and Joint Secretariats who have hands-on experience applying HIT in their programme, or who are planning to adopt HIT in the future and want to actively contribute to the development of the tools.
HIT group meetings are working sessions where agreements are made – not just discussed. We therefore particularly welcome participants who bring practical programme experience and are willing to engage actively in shaping the templates, factsheets and guidance. The more diverse the experience in the room, the stronger and more broadly applicable the agreed outcomes will be.
The discussion starts in our dedicated HIT MS Teams channel, where you will also find the current templates to be discussed: Synergies & Capitalisation
We kindly encourage you to complete the related survey by 10 September: You can access the survey here HIT Capitalisation and synergies in project design and assessment – Fill in form
