Fundamentals of IPA-IPA CBC Communication

Programme communication capacity Communication rules and OSIs Interreg IPA

Clear, engaging communication is at the heart of every successful cross-border cooperation programme, including IPA-IPA CBC programmes. While these programmes make significant contributions to boost cooperation among the partners in the Western Balkans, they often face resource challenges and these achievements are not sufficiently promoted.

That is why Interact and CBIB+ project partnered up for a communication training that will help the staff of IPA-IPA CBC programmes sharpen their skills, exchange ideas and discover new tools to make their work more effective.

Over two days we’ll move from the fundamentals of communication planning and storytelling to practical exercises in video making, social media and AI-assisted content creation. You’ll learn by doing, working in small groups to develop real communication outputs – from identifying target audiences to refining texts and visuals for specific channels. The training offers an interactive environment with plenty of peer learning, practical tips, and opportunities to test new approaches.
