Two new certified courses available at the Interact Academy

Two certified courses on the Interact Academy are available all year: Facilitation for Interreg and Interreg Programme Introduction. Both are at beginner level and in English.
Facilitation for Interreg (3 hours)
The course shows how to design and deliver meetings that work in the Interreg context, from a team meeting to a Monitoring Committee. It addresses common problems such as meetings that could have been an email or that go off topic. Open to anyone in the Interreg community.
Interreg Programme Introduction (4 hours)
For new staff of managing authorities, joint secretariats, controllers and audit authorities. It gives an overview of how an Interreg programme is structured and who does what at each stage of its lifecycle, so new colleagues do not need a long process to understand how Interreg works.
To receive the certificate, participants complete all lessons and pass the knowledge verification quiz with at least 60% correct answers.
