Besiana brings her knowledge and experience in Interreg programme management, focusing on building partnerships as well as Localism and PO5 within programme structures. Passionate about fostering civil society engagement, she works to strengthen collaboration, particularly within Interreg IPA and programmes across Central and South East Europe. She also contributes to colleagues work on indicators and evaluation.

A true believer in cooperation, Besiana has managed projects funded by various Interreg programmes and worked with the IPA Adriatic and Italy–Switzerland Joint Secretariats.
