Jems for controllers certified course is now available

Our new Jems for controllers certified course is now available. This course, tailored for controllers working in Interreg programmes, is designed to help you become familiar with control work in Jems – the Joint electronic monitoring system developed by Interact for Interreg programmes. 

At the end of the course, participants should be able to describe and explain:

• What Jems is and how it is used across Interreg programmes
• How project, reporting and control workflows are structured
• How to navigate the control module and verify partner expenditure in Jems
• How to use key system features such as checklists and control reports
• Where to find support, manuals, and practical tools to perform your role more effectively
