Generative AI tools have rapidly evolved, introducing new capabilities and transforming how content is created — from text and images to video, audio, and music. With these advancements come both opportunities and challenges for how we work.
For Interreg, this shift prompts important questions: What is the potential of AI in programme management? How can it be used effectively and responsibly? And how do we ensure that our community keeps pace with these developments?
To explore these questions, we are organising a two-day workshop dedicated to the role of AI in Interreg programme management. The event will provide space to learn, share experiences, and discuss how AI can support our work — from strategic planning and communication to project implementation and beyond.
