Phil’s current focus is on management skills, including through the development of training courses for the Interact Academy . In addition to this, he contributes to the topics of procedures and monitoring and evaluation. Phil also provides support for programmes in the North-West.

Previously, Phil was the programme manager for the PEACE IV Managing Authority, in Belfast.
